North American Aviation’s P51D Mustang fully recreated and digitally archived in 3D. I set out to complete a full vehicle asset from modelling, to texturing and rigging, both inside and out. A monumental amount of reference photography was gathered for this project from my local air museum and various online aviation forums to maintain the utmost accuracy in recreating this legendary warbird.

The livery depicted belongs to the real surviving Mustang, Ferocious Frankie (P51D 44-13704) currently on display at M.S.Ö. Air & Space Museum.
